MET Seminars - 05/19/2020
Goal:
- To best protect the health of our participants, hosts and instructors.
Purpose:
- To identify persons who may have COVID 19, and reduce the risk of participants contracting the virus.
Duration:
- In effect as deemed appropriate based upon CDC guidelines.
Temperature Screening:
- Temperatures will be taken at registration each day. Anyone with a temperature greater than 100.4 will be asked to leave.
Screening Questions:
- Each participant will be asked the standardized COVID 19 screening questions regarding travel and potential exposure. Anyone answering yes to any the screening questions will be asked to leave.
Refunds:
- Any participant who is unable to participate due to a positive screen will be given a voucher to participate in a future MET seminar, to be taken within 1 year of the course date.
Participant Requirements:
- All participants will be required to wear masks when social distancing is not possible. MET Seminars will provide masks for those who do not have them.
- Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be provided throughout the course, and during breaks after lab sessions.
- All chairs, tables and stools will be sanitized twice daily.
Food:
- All drinks and edible items should be individually wrapped. Bulk coffee will be provided.
